  • A rural Alexander man has been charged with terrorizing after threatening to kill a woman he had met earlier that evening. The woman, identified in the affidavit only as Jane Doe stated that a man, later identified as Ruben Clarke, threatened to kill her. According to the affidavit, the two had met at a Williston bar earlier that evening and the woman willingly went with him back to his home.

  • A Tioga man faces a number of charges, including possession of methamphetamine within the Mountrail County Correctional Center. 

  • A traffic stop for a broken taillight led to multiple felony charges for a Williston woman who allegedly struck two highway signs and was driving under the influence—her fourth DUI in seven years. 

  • Ribbon cutting ceremony is set for August 13th, to celebrate the opening of the new Taco Bell in Williston.
