  • A man was taken in to custody on 5/11/225 after a standoff at the Fort Union Trading Post historical site. He had barricaded himself inside and refused to come out.

  • With the storms over last weekend, 60 wildfires were reported in North Dakota. Which burned a reported 1,100 new acres in addition to the Turtle Mountain Complex fire.

  • About 180 students are under quarantine in Williston due to the measles outbreak. It also led to several bands cancelling their trips to participate in last weekends Band Day parade.

  • Taco Bell has broke ground in Williston and to say residents are excited is an understatement.

  • A new Pope was selected, Pope Leo XIV, making history as the first American in history to hold the role.
